MTsN Jumapolo School Principal Consistently Supports Learning Quality Improvement
THERE has been a considerable improvement at MTsN Jumapolo, under the leadership of Drs. H Mulyono, MM. Even though he has only been working as principal at MTsN Jumapolo for a year, the teaching and learning processes in this DBE3 partner madrasah have shown a lot of improvement. This is also due to Pak Mulyono’s consistency as a core trainer for BTL1 in implementing the programs he learned in DBE3 training.
As a principal, he allows teachers to express themselves freely in applying the knowledge they get from DBE3 training. Facilities and supports such as learning media and ICT equipment are provided to improve the quality of learning.
“I am hoping that through this, teachers will be able to teach much more effectively. Even though 95% of students at MTsN Jumapolo are the children of farmers, it is not an excuse not give them the best,” said Pak Mulyono.
